SLP Coordination

The system provides a visual representation of the work each SLP develops with patients. This way it facilitates the work of Coordinators, who may wish to follow the work of junior SLP more closely, as well as to intervene in cases where multidisciplinary intervention is required. It is also very practical for day-to-day clinical management.

Graphic Reports

The system enables the automatic creation of graphic reports, which quickly summarises the patients’ files, namely their satisfaction, assiduity, and the SLP’s generic or detailed evaluation.

Customised Products

Our app enables the creation of customised features for different product offerings, e.g., treatment sessions/programmes or specialised courses. Some of these features are multicurrency payment options; different pricing for distinct entities/ regions/ countries; promotional campaigns; automation allocation of payment percentages per product (e.g., Clinic, SLP and third partner, e.g., a school or health distributor).

Secure Payment with reminders

When a session is booked, the system automatically creates an individualised payment link, which become inactive as soon as the payment is made. The Patient receives automatic alerts until the session is paid, and as soon as it is, the SLP receives the respective confirmation. This feature enables an optimal SLP agenda management.

Integrated Billing

When the session is paid, the Patients receive an automatic receipt with the tax information previously provided, which is also automatically archived on their personal page, to be consulted or downloaded whenever needed. This feature enables total transparency, and it facilitates contacts with insurance companies.

Secure mobile office for all SLP

Our system functions as a mobile office, where clients’ data are safely archived and ready to use. It automatically converts SLP and Clients’ sessions to different time-zones and it allows multi-currency payments, thus enabling a fully-fledged presential and remote therapy.

Patient-driven approach

The Patients have access to a personal page (accessible via a mobile app), where they can access personal data and answer pre- and post-session questionnaires. This feedback enables a constant adaptation of the therapy and more effective results.
